Back at university I wrote my final paper on Latin American cinema. For a British guy that may sound a bit odd but I was fascinated by the likes of Walter Salles and Alejandro Iñárritu. Often their cinematography would show a new perspective on a foreign landscape. The Motorcycle Diaries, Babel... I like to think that inspired my work today which tends to be shot anywhere but in Britain. And discovering new places and discovering new cultures is what I thrive on. It makes me feel alive and everyday new journey I take teaches me a new and valuable lesson.
